Privacy & Cookie Policy

You don't need to give any personal information just to browse the site. Data is collected in two cases only: (1) anonymous visit statistics once you give cookie consent, and (2) the details you yourself submit through the contact form or when booking a call (name, email, phone, message).

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visit statistics. Google Consent Mode is applied: no analytics cookie is written to your browser until you give consent; during that time only non-personal, anonymous signals are collected.

On your first visit you'll see a cookie preference prompt. If you choose 'Decline', no analytics cookie is set and you can continue using the site normally. If you choose 'Accept', your choice is stored in your browser; you can reverse it any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

When you submit the contact form, your details are processed through the Web3Forms service to deliver the message by email. When you book via 'Schedule a Call', your booking details are processed through Cal.com. This information is used only to reply to you and arrange the meeting; it is not shared with third parties for marketing.

The site uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Analytics (statistics), Cal.com (booking), Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (domain/security). These providers may process your data under their own policies.

Analytics data is held in aggregate, anonymous form in Google Analytics. Information you send via contact or booking is kept for as long as needed to answer your request. To have it deleted, simply write to hello@basakaytekin.com.

Under Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@basakaytekin.com.
